My name is John Shelton and I look forward to providing you with my extensive knowledge and thoroughness. I retired from the U.S. Air Force after twenty-four years of military service and have over twelve years’ experience inspecting homes, military facilities, and enforcing the highest standards possible. I’m a Florida Licensed Home Inspector, a graduate from The American Home Inspectors Training Institute, an active member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, an affiliate of the Bay County Board of Realtors, recipient of Panama City Best Home Inspector 2014, and have an MBA in Aeronautical Science.

Our Home Inspections offer many services to help make your home purchasing experience a positive one. We go even one step further by informing our clients if the house may qualify for an insurance reduction. The deductions are usually a result of a wind mitigation or a 4-point inspection. It is our goal to offer the most thorough inspection and additional benefits at the best price.
