Owner John Shelton opened Aim Higher Home Inspections with the excitement of being able to offer his extensive knowledge and thoroughness gained while serving our country.
He retired from the U.S. Air Force after twenty-four years of military service and has over twelve years’ experience inspecting homes, military facilities, and enforcing the highest standards possible.
He’s a Florida Licensed Home Inspector, a graduate from The American Home Inspectors Training Institute, an active member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, an affiliate of the Bay County Board of Realtors, recipient of Panama City Best Home Inspector 2014, current president of the A-Team Power Connectors professional group, and has an MBA in Aeronautical Science.
